The day to day of a commercial real estate Chief Operating Officer (COO) has been dramatically transformed with leasing and asset management technology. VTS was able to show a series of times during the day, with specific activities that a COO would do before being armed with leasing and asset management technology, and then show how these activities have now been made much easier with L&AM technology.
